From a OG certified teacher:

“As teachers, we come across struggling students every day. This training provides you with the necessary knowledge to be able to understand struggling students, help them move past their weaknesses, build upon their strengths and provide a structured and systematic approach towards reading so that every single student in your class can perform at the top of their capabilities.

The knowledge and strategies you acquire during the year long training not only can be easily integrated into any classroom setting, but are also beneficial to students with or without reading difficulties. It is astounding to see how much students improve once they are exposed to the Orton Gillingham approach. In addition, after a year of training, you are certified by the only nationally accredited Orton Gillingham program in Puerto Rico and continue to receive continuous education by top leading experts in the field. I would highly recommend the OG training to any dedicated professional who wants to become even more skilled in the reading process. It is a great pride to be an OG certified teacher.”

Our program is accredited by both the International Multisensory Structured Language Education Council (IMSLEC) and the International Dyslexia Association (IDA).
